Through the method of physical extrusion, the vertical ring die pellet machine can make all kinds of biomass raw material into pellet. Raw material is feeding vertically and is directly in place, with stationary die and rotary pinch roller. Double ring type, can use both. The mould is in vertical structure, which is good for heat dissipation. With independent lubricating, no need to stop machine for special maintenance. It is widely used in biomass burning factory, power plant, wood processing plant, chemical plant, food products factory, winery plant etc.

Note: If the moisture is high, you need a dryer, becuase the suitable moisture content to enter pellet machine is 10-15%.

2. Q: How long is your guarantee?
A: 12 months warranty but except quick wearing parts.
