The biomass gasification power generation system developed by our company uses fluidized bed gasifier and gas purification device to convert rice husks, wood chips and straw and stalks into clean fuel gas. The installed capacity of single machine can be made according to user requirements and demands. The system is reliable in operation and easy operation. After firing for more than 20 minutes, it can provide fuel gas to engine-generator unit to generate electricity at 20th minutes after start. In addition to providing customer for self-usage, they can also sell extra power to the office power grid.

1. Based on the previous products generations, our company has made significant improvements on the biomass gasification-power generation system. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the system, an air preheater is installed to recover the waste heat of the primary fuel gas. In order to remove the tar generated during the gasification process, a tar cracking device is designed in the gasifier to break tar down into small molecule fuel gas, so as to increase the calorific value of the gas. To further reduce the tar content, a compact spray washing tower, electric tar catcher and low temperature detar device were designed in this system.
