The former 'Fast N' Loud' host is ready to drop some serious coin.

Emerging after a long and harsh Texas winter, Richard Rawlings is ready to make some deals and acquire some metal. This time, he's heading down south to Montgomery, Alabama, to explore a sprawling warehouse filled with over 40 classic cars.

No stranger to wheeling and dealing on the road, Richard aims to pick up six to eight project cars and have them shipped back to the Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas. Amazingly enough, it's already been two years since the mega-popular series, Fast N' Loud ended. Since then, Richard has set out across the country in his YouTube series: Wheels & Deals, coming across some pretty impressive barn finds, and the interesting personalities that own them.

This week in Montgomery, Richard meets a scratchy-voiced, elderly gentleman and his collection that spans back to the turn of the 20th century. But in classic Richard fashion, arrives fashionably late after making a stop in Louisiana at the famous: Tubbs Cajun Souvenirs.

Once back on the road, Rawlings makes his way to Birmingham "without incident." That is, until they wake up bright and early to find not only is the Waffle House closed, but the generator to the Sprinter van was wildly overcharged after charging all night.

Luckily, they were able to make their early-morning, 7am deadline to meet Mr. Kershaw at his grandfather's former train station turned barn find warehouse. Ranging from locomotives to 100-year-old vehicles, the vehicles in this collection have been all but forgotten. All featuring an inch of caked-on dust, it'd be hard to imagine any of these cars have seen a road, or even sunlight, in recent decades.

Depending on your opinion about "collectors" like this gentleman, it can be frustrating to watch Richard offer very competitive prices, and get turned down.

Of course, cars have the ability to harness major emotions and memories, making it hard to part ways with cars that have been in your possession for as much time as these have, as in Mr. Kershaw's case. But when seeing vehicles such as the iconic DeTomaso Pantera wasting away, it can only make you wonder, "if he hasn't driven it, or even sat in it for decades, why won't he let it go?" Especially when realizing it would go into the possession of a gifted car restorer in Richard Rawlings, allowing these automotive masterpieces to live on well into the future, rather than rotting away in some backwoods warehouse in Alabama.

But at the end of the day, Richard is able to walk away with a handful of classic cars, but not before offering Mr. Kershaw a whopping $1 million for the entire facility. Check out the video to find out whether or not Mr. Kershaw finally parts ways with his collection.
